Cosechero was founded in 2014 with the goal of delivering high-quality garlic from the rich agricultural fields of Mexico to markets across the USA and Canada. As a company rooted in decades of expertise in farming and supermarket supply chains, we’ve grown from a small local operation into one of the top garlic suppliers from Mexico.

Our founders, with over 20 years of experience in agriculture, recognized the demand for premium garlic that met the growing needs of businesses wanting to import garlic from Latin America. Today, we export over 200 tons of garlic per month, ensuring compliance with all garlic import regulations.
